Refund policy

We have an exchange only policy due to the nature of second hand vintage business. To qualify for an exchange items must be arrive back with the label that arrived with the item, and in the same state as they were originally posted. In your email please include the link to the item you would like to exchange for.

The return postage and additional exchange postage is to be paid for by the buyer and no responsibility can be taken for items that are lost in transit so please also use Recorded Signed For or Special Delivery services and make sure the item is insured to the appropriate value.
